EDIT: Now I see some white pixels that shouldn't be there o.o I check on my psd file and they are not there but somehow when I uploaded it here they turned up.. What should I do? ._.

You're talking about the outline of white pixels right? That's really easy to fix with PS. When you go to save for web and devices, make sure the Matte color is the same as the dA background color. Let me know if you need more help with this small issue.

(: Adorable! I haven't seen this movie yet but it looks good!
And to your question. Did you use the brush tool at making the pixel at all? Or is there a layer that shouldn't be there? I usually put a red background behind the pixel, and then hide each layer one by one, and when you see the white bits disappear, that's the layer you have to sort out. Hope I helped
